How quickly can you arrive in Glasgow?

Once a booking is confirmed, we dispatch promptly and aim to reach most Glasgow call-outs in around 25–30 minutes. This is an estimate and depends on traffic, weather, distance, access and current workload.

Do you provide 24/7 emergency recovery?

Yes. Emergency enquiries are accepted 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including breakdowns, accidents and vehicles that cannot be driven safely.

Can you collect a vehicle after police release?

Yes. We can collect from a police compound once the vehicle has been authorised for release. The customer must arrange the required identification, documents, fees and permission.

Do you recover vehicles from the M8, M74, M77 and M80?

Yes. We handle motorway breakdown and accident recovery around Glasgow and Central Scotland, subject to safe access and live traffic conditions.

Can you recover a car with brake, clutch or gearbox failure?

Yes. We can recover many vehicles with brake, clutch, gearbox, steering or electrical faults. Tell us whether the vehicle rolls, steers and brakes before dispatch.

Can you help with a flat battery or a vehicle that will not start?

Battery assistance or a jump start may be available where safe and suitable. If the vehicle still cannot start, we can arrange recovery.

Can you recover a vehicle with an overheated engine?

Yes. Do not continue driving an overheating vehicle. Stop safely, switch the engine off and contact us for recovery.

Can you help with a puncture or tyre blowout?

Where a tyre cannot be changed or repaired safely at the roadside, we can transport the vehicle to a tyre centre, home address or garage.

Do you recover cars stuck in mud or snow?

We can assess vehicles stuck in mud, snow or grass. Send photos and your exact location so we can confirm access and suitable equipment.

Can you transport a vehicle that failed its MOT?

Yes. We can transport an MOT-failed vehicle to a garage, repair centre or another permitted destination.

Do you recover LWB and XLWB vans?

Suitable long-wheelbase and extra-long-wheelbase vans can be assessed. We require the exact model, dimensions, weight, condition and photographs before confirming.

Do you recover electric vehicles and motorcycles?

Yes, subject to vehicle condition, access and safe loading requirements. Please provide the make, model and photographs.

Can you collect from Copart, BCA or another auction?

Yes, by prior arrangement. Send the collection reference, branch, appointment time, vehicle details and delivery postcode.

Are you insured?

We carry comprehensive motor, public liability and goods in transit insurance, subject to policy terms, limits and exclusions.

How do I get a quote?

What affects the recovery price?

Distance, vehicle size and weight, condition, access, urgency, waiting time, tolls and special loading requirements may affect the quotation.
